PEPI: Manager, Operations & Manufacturing (OPEN TO ALL U.S. LOCATIONS)

Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of a target’s manufacturing and distribution operations
- Evaluate the maintainability and operability of production facilities
- Review current and historical data to understand efficiency & capacity
- Identify potential cost improvement opportunities through lean improvements, outsourcing, or consolidation of facilities
- Develop transformation plans to drive proposed changes and identify key risks and mitigation strategies
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of professional industry experience, with 4 years specializing in manufacturing and/or distribution functions
- Deep functional expertise in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, footprint optimization, plant consolidation, and product line transfer
- Demonstrated track record working with C-suite executives and private equity deal and operating partners
- Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis
- Experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy
- Previous strategy and change management experience
- MBA a plus

Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
Salary range: $125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
Discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.

Pay
$125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in A&M Holdings’ fringe benefits.
