Job Title
Peoria, City of: Teacher/Caregiver - Little Learner Preschool 2026/2027
About the Role
Supports the Little Learner Preschool program by providing care and education to children aged 3-5 years old.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times and nap times
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Arizona Child Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANS) certificate
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Ability to manage a classroom
