Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments
- Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching
- Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers
- Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft
- Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities
- Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and support production environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix
- Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager
- Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft certifications
- Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and PeopleSoft Selective Adoption

$100,000–$150,000 Annually
