We are currently seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our PeopleSoft projects. Position: 100% Remote (U.S.), Full-time, Direct W2. Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement customizations and modifications within the PeopleSoft system.
• Driving the success of PeopleSoft projects through expertise in PeopleSoft development, technical analysis, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft system architecture and modules
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
• Experience with developing customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications within PeopleSoft
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft table structures, views, and data dictionary
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker or Component Interfaces
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• PeopleSoft certification or training
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or other modules
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) and related development techniques
• Understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts and user management

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
