About the role
The People Team Specialist is responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data
- Coordinate scheduling and attendance management
- Support recruitment efforts by processing applications and conducting initial screenings
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferred)
