Responsibilities

• Build the talent acquisition function and people operations foundation from scratch.
• Partner with founders to source top-tier talent, design interview processes, and manage global people operations across multiple geographies.
• Define the culture and scale a high-growth organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and people operations at a high-growth startup, specifically building functions from the ground up.
• A strong operational mindset with the ability to manage complex cross-border employment and payroll across the US and Europe.
• Exceptional judgment in identifying high-caliber talent and a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in the creator economy industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with the founding team.
• Ability to manage remote teams effectively.
