People Systems and Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a People Systems and Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the strategy and execution of the people systems landscape, ensuring the organization has scalable, well-governed technology and workflows to support a growing workforce. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective process design, system configurations, and technology decisions. The position also plays a key role in improving data governance, evaluating AI-enabled opportunities, and strengthening the operational effectiveness of the broader People function. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $188,400 – $235,400 annually Responsibilities Partner with leadership to shape a multi-quarter people systems roadmap Translate complex business needs into scalable processes and system configurations Lead evaluation and management of people technology vendors Enhance people data governance and identify AI opportunities Collaborate across departments to drive cross-functional initiatives Qualifications 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, or HR technology Proven track record in shaping and delivering multi-quarter technology roadmaps Strong skills in business analysis, process design, and change management Experience in evaluating and managing technology vendors Deep understanding of people data governance and AI-enabled workflows Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve complex challenges Experience in mentoring or enhancing the capabilities of others Benefits Equity and company bonus opportunities 401(k) plan with company contributions At least 10 paid holidays and flexible PTO Parental leave and employee assistance programs Global travel coverage and comprehensive insurance options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
