How You’ll Make An Impact

• Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for employee questions, directing matters appropriately and following through with care.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including Workday processes, new hire materials, orientation schedules, and employee record updates.
• Conduct new hire orientation support, including Workday and time tracking guidance.
• Review and approve time tracking records for designated non-exempt employees.
• Help maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related People systems.
• Support benefits orientation, policy guidance, and local office procedures.
• Assist with compliance-related updates, including labor law posters and required notices.
• Respond to employment verifications, reference checks, and related employee documentation requests.
• Support contingent worker administration, including invoice review and allocation.
• Partner with the People team on office initiatives, special programs, events, org charts, and job description updates.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen consistency, and enhance the employee experience.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and solution-focused workplace culture.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related support role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
• Workday or HRIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent follow-through and judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
• Comfort balancing daily operational needs with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Experience in a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data. A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is $70,000.00 - $83,000.00.
