People Relations Partner

As a People Relations Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, shaping the employee experience by anticipating needs, solving complex challenges, and leading initiatives that impact our people and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and people leaders on routine policy questions and sensitive, complex employee matters.
- Proactively identify pain points and develop solutions to create a thriving workplace.
- Guide people leaders through performance management, disciplinary issues, leaves of absence, flexible work programs, and difficult conversations with empathy and expertise.
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and sound judgment.
- Lead HR projects and programs aligned with broader business strategy.
- Influence policies and practices across the organization and the Federal Reserve System.
- Build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver education programs on people relations topics to empower leaders and employees.
- Champion inclusive practices and ensure every voice is heard.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise as an Employee Relations Partner or Specialist, with deep experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Candidates with backgrounds as HR Business Partners or HR Generalists who have handled employee relations as a significant part of their role are also welcome.
- Ability to navigate complex, variable situations.
- Natural ability to coach and influence others at operational and strategic levels.
- Comfort and confidence operating independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, including briefing senior leaders and connecting across functions.
Pay
Salary Range: $170,000 - $225,000 per year. This range reflects a variety of skills and experiences, with pay determined by individual backgrounds and contributions.
