What You’ll Do
- Own the design and execution of our performance management program.
- Run biannual promotion cycles—nominations, eligibility validation, comp coordination, Workday processing, and addendums.
- Administer quarterly sub-level advancement programs for Support Track and Sales employees.
- Lead cross-cycle calibration testing, HRBP readiness, and data quality.
- Maintain SOPs, close gaps, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.
- Execute the quarterly performance cycle—system configuration, HRBP enablement, calibration, ratings audits, and Workday uploads.
- Every eligible employee. Every quarter. On time.
- Configure calibration stacks; validate eligibility and scoring assignments.
- Handle issues & escalations; coordinate system fixes with Engineering.
- Track completion rates, calibration timeliness, and override metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve owned/coordinated cyclical HR programs end to end.
- You’re data-literate, and relentlessly organized.
- You can manage a complex stakeholder environment without losing track of the deadline.
- 3–5 years in HR, Talent, People Operations, or People Programs.
- Proven ownership of performance, promotion, or compensation cycles at scale.
- Workday proficiency is a plus.
- High data literacy; SQL or BI tool experience is a strong plus.
- Clear communicator across HR and technical partners.

What Else You Need To Know
- This role is based in our San Francisco office location.
- All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
- The base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $135,000 per year.
- Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
