About the role
The People Partner will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting team members in achieving their professional goals, and driving engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss career development and personal goals
- Organize team-building activities and social events to promote a collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech or legal environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with employee engagement tools and platforms
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices in human resources
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Skills
