People Partner, DC Operations

About the role

Partner with data center operations leadership across sites: org design, performance, and the people calls a 24/7 operation generates.
Support site leaders on shift workforce management: scheduling models, fatigue, and retention.
Run employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce, fairly and fast.
Build people programs that work at a data center: onsite, shift-based, safety-adjacent.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR business partner for operations, manufacturing, or field workforces.
• Handling employee relations cases end to end: investigation, documentation, resolution.
• Credibility with site technicians and VPs in the same day.
• Travel to sites and be more useful there than on video.
• Bonus: experience in 24/7 shift environments, multi-state employment law, contractor conversions, and safety program partnerships.
