About the role
You’ll partner closely with managers and employees to provide trusted HR expertise, navigate employee relations, and champion initiatives that elevate the overall employee lifecycle experience. This role is the ultimate mix of tactical execution and foundational building.
Build the People Foundations
- Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
- Own the Admin Engine: Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems
Support Growth & Culture
- Help facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well-being

Ensure Compliance
- Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization
What you are
- You bring 3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused business development roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling organizations
- You possess an extreme sense of ownership - if you see something broken or missing, you jump in and fix it
- You don't just react to issues - you anticipate challenges, prioritize your workload effectively, and proactively engineer solutions
- You possess the empathy and clarity needed to build trust and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- You approach every challenge with a positive, outcome-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve the status quo
- You excel at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of high-impact results
