About the role
The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode. Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide our people managers on day-to-day HR matters, helping them grow as effective leaders.
- Provide operational guidance to ensure compliance with UK and US employment law.
- Contribute to people-practices that enable a high-performance culture.
- Handle employee relations matters and support the smooth running of People operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on company-wide projects with teams across OLIX, including Operations and Finance.
- Lead by example, demonstrate the OLIX values, and act as a cultural ambassador.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An analytical approach, comfortable using data to inform and support people decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Nice to have: Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments, especially where talent is scarce and highly specialized.
