Responsibilities
- Act as the primary People Partner for Commercial and Finance teams under direct leadership of CFO and CCO
- Provide comprehensive support including workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Coach managers on performance and team dynamics, enhancing organizational effectiveness
- Manage employee relations for Clinical Operations and Customer Support with rigorous process adherence
- Lead investigations in collaboration with People Partners and Legal, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions
- Own the complete exit survey process, analyzing data to derive meaningful insights
- Serve as the first contact for Workday case management, ensuring efficiency and thorough follow-up
Qualifications
- 4-7+ years in HR roles focusing on business partnership, generalist, or employee relations
- Experience with employee relations investigations, emphasizing strong documentation and judgment
- Familiarity with both commercial and entry-level workforce dynamics
- Operational execution skills with a positive view on process work
- Proficient in U.S. employment law and HR compliance; Workday experience preferred
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and synthesize data into actionable insights
- Exceptional verbal communication skills adaptable to different audiences
