We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Opportunities, Inc. (mission) and About the Internship (description). That could be "About the role". Then "Essential Functions & Learning Opportunities" which lists duties – that's responsibilities. Then "What You Will Gain" maybe benefits? But it's more like outcomes, not benefits. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Pay: says unpaid internship, academic credit possible. That's pay info: unpaid. Should we include Pay section? The rule: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "This internship is unpaid." and "Opportunities, Inc. is willing to work with your academic institution to facilitate college credit in lieu of compensation." So we can include Pay section with that info. Benefits: maybe "What You Will Gain" could be considered benefits? But benefits usually refer to health insurance etc. Not present. So we should not create Benefits unless actual benefits stated. There's no mention of health benefits etc. So skip Benefits. Schedule: not mentioned. So skip Schedule. Skills: there is "Desired Skills" section. So include Skills. Qualifications: there is "Qualifications" section. Include Qualifications. Responsibilities: we have "Essential Functions & Learning Opportunities" which includes duties. Also maybe "About the Internship" includes some responsibilities. We'll combine into Responsibilities. About the role: we have "About Opportunities, Inc." and "About the Internship". Could be combined as About the role. We'll output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Ensure each heading

. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading (not present). Must not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc at end. Remove application instructions (How to Apply) and deadline etc. Also remove "Academic Credit & Internship Agreement" maybe part of Pay? Actually that's details about academic credit; we can incorporate into Pay section. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can't drop that. So we need to include the academic credit details somewhere. Could be under Pay (since it's about compensation) or maybe a separate section? There's no specific heading for that, but we can include under Pay as details. Also "Desired Skills" is skills. "Qualifications" is qualifications. "Essential Functions & Learning Opportunities" is responsibilities. "What You Will Gain" maybe could be considered benefits? But it's more like outcomes; but we already have Pay. Could we treat "What You Will Gain" as a section? Not in allowed headings. So we need to incorporate its content into existing sections: maybe under Responsibilities (learning opportunities) or under Skills? Actually "What You Will Gain" includes items like hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure, portfolio, networking, references, deeper understanding. Those are learning outcomes, could be part of Responsibilities (learning opportunities) or maybe a separate section like "Benefits"? But benefits heading only if posting actually states benefits like health insurance etc. Not present. So we should incorporate those points into Responsibilities (as learning opportunities) or maybe under a separate section like "What You Will Gain" but not allowed. So we will add them to Responsibilities as bullet points. We must not invent or summarize away detail: we need to keep each bullet point. So we will list them under Responsibilities. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: "About Opportunities, Inc." paragraph, "About the Internship" paragraph, "Essential Functions & Learning Opportunities" with subheadings Administrative, Compliance, Benefit Management, Employment & Recruitment, Employee Relations. We'll keep those as bullet points under Responsibilities, grouping maybe by subheadings? But we can just list all bullet points as

  • . However we need to preserve structure? Not required but we can keep subheadings as plain text inside
  • ? Better to keep as
  • with the subheading bold? Not allowed to add extra markup beyond

    ,
    • ,

. We could include the subheading as part of the

    • text. That's fine. We must not include "How to Apply", "Application Deadline", EEO statement. Now craft HTML. Sections:

      About the role
