This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Serve as first contact for HR policies and employee inquiries
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires
- Maintain and audit employee records in the HRIS for accuracy and compliance
- Administer benefits enrollment and related People operations processes
- Coordinate performance management cycles and talent reviews
- Document employee relations issues and facilitate resolutions
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to enhance the employee experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles in fast-paced settings
- Experience in supporting day-to-day HR processes for employees and managers
- Familiarity with HR practices like onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Interest in leveraging AI technologies for process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of federal and state employment laws

Pay
$120,000 – $140,000 annually
