The People Experience Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Responsible for onboarding new employees including equipment ordering and ensuring the completion of onboarding paperwork.
• Records/tracks company issued equipment to employees by utilizing the tracking tool available in the HRIS system.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• PX Generalists are required to visit a minimum of two (2) operational sites per week within their assigned region. East region includes, El Dorado AR, Little Rock AR, Nashville TN, Memphis TN, Pearl MS, Longview TX.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
