Work you'll do
- Translate business questions into reporting, dashboard, and insight deliverables
- Analyze data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for action
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using approved analytics and business intelligence tools
- Prepare data sets, validate outputs, and document business rules, assumptions, and logic used in analysis
- Support stakeholder discussions by summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics
- 4+ years of experience performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python)
- 4+ years of experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- 4+ years of experience developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
- Prioritize travel 25-50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Preferred:
- Prior project management experience including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project
- 4+ years of experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights in the role of a People Analytics practitioner
- 4+ years of experience serving the HR Domain in areas such as recruiting, attrition, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & development
- Prior experience with People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion, transformation, and visualization
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of and exposure to advanced analytics techniques and approaches
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
