As a People & Culture Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture at Alyeska Resort. With a focus on supporting day-to-day personnel needs, your responsibilities will span from managing onboarding processes to providing essential assistance to employees. As an ambassador for Alyeska's values, you will contribute to creating a welcoming experience for new hires and enhancing the overall employee journey. Responsibilities

• Preparing and Disseminating Offer Letters: Welcoming new hires begins with issuing offer letters that set the stage for their Alyeska journey.
• Processing Onboarding Paperwork: Your role includes launching and processing employees through the UKG Onboarding module, getting them set up in UKG, validating information, and processing necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
