Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across Centennial Tower and State Farm Arena, conducting intake, documentation, and resolution in partnership with People & Culture leadership.
- Support investigations, corrective actions, and performance management processes while maintaining accurate records and interpreting policy for leaders and team members.
- Maintain and audit employee relations logs, ensuring timely and thorough documentation while analyzing trends to surface opportunities and risks.
- Assist leaders and team members with day-to-day HR questions and Workday system support, providing responsive and knowledgeable guidance.
- Lead the administration, execution, and reporting of employee engagement surveys, including Workday Peakon Employee Voice and other internal and external survey initiatives.
- Analyze survey participation and engagement data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support action planning and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support engagement initiatives, including internal surveys, listening sessions, action planning, and communication follow-up through documentation and coordination.
- Support planning and execution of key employee events, including the End-of-Season Celebration, Holiday Celebration, and other engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support part-time and event staff recruitment efforts across State Farm Arena, including hiring events, interview coordination, and candidate experience initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to facilitate an efficient, positive, and well-communicated hiring process.
- Monitor recruiting activity and hiring progress, providing updates and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding programs, as well as offboarding processes and staffing-related communications, to ensure a consistent and positive team member experience.
- Provide guidance and support on People & Culture programs, policies, processes, and resources across the business.
- Assist with the administration and execution of performance management, goal-setting, and other talent-related programs.
- Compile and analyze People & Culture data and metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Support compliance efforts by maintaining records, documentation, and reporting related to People & Culture programs and initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders — including Talent Acquisition, Benefits & Wellness, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Operations — to ensure a seamless team member experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations, employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, or other Human Resources programs.
- Experience maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting employee relations investigations and documentation.
- Experience administering employee engagement surveys and analyzing results.
- Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
