People & Culture Manager
About the role
Oversee the daily operations of the People & Culture function, ensuring consistent administration of HR policies, programs, and processes. Partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop and execute talent strategies, leading recruitment efforts and supporting retention, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters and supporting investigations, accommodations, and other sensitive workplace issues. Foster a compliant and forward-thinking People & Culture function by staying informed of employment law changes, emerging trends, best practices, and new HR technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience with expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies and procedures; prior leadership experience preferred.

Pay
$102,698 - $115,535 annually
