Responsibilities
- Lead a structured onboarding experience for new team members across assigned regions, helping them integrate quickly and in alignment with company expectations.
- Serve as a visible representative of the organization at hiring events and networking opportunities, promoting the employer brand and attracting strong talent.
- Maintain precise employee data across HR systems and internal records, and compile people-related reports that support leadership decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate regional engagement efforts such as recognition activities, team events, and community involvement programs to strengthen employee connection.
- Partner with corporate and field leadership to share updates, reinforce priorities, and keep employees informed through clear internal communication.
- Review personnel documentation regularly to verify compliance with recordkeeping standards and applicable state employment requirements.
- Provide HR support to additional locations when business needs require broader regional assistance.
- Handle confidential employee information responsibly, raise complex concerns to the appropriate corporate partners, and help protect sensitive business information.
- Take part in ongoing training and complete additional HR-related assignments that support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- HR Certifications a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, including meaningful exposure to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and multi-location support.
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law, with the ability to apply federal and state requirements in day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrated experience using HRIS platforms (ADP a plus) and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with employee engagement tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a field-facing role while maintaining strong collaboration with centralized HR leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively with frontline employees and senior leaders alike.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a clear commitment to inclusion, employee support, and a positive workplace culture.
