People Consultant Business Partner

For our client, we are seeking a People Consultant Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that support business performance in a fast‑moving global software environment. You will partner closely with revenue teams and executives to strengthen leadership effectiveness, guide talent decisions, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic HR partnership, coaching, and data‑informed decision‑making to help drive consistency and impact across the business.

Location

Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$142,000 – $194,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management.
• Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs.
• Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team.
• Drive global workforce planning and human capital strategies.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics and trends to improve performance.
• Coach managers on resolving complex HR issues.
• Educate employees about HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an HR partnering role.
• Experience supporting senior leader‑level stakeholders.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales revenue teams.
• Experience coaching and mentoring people leaders.
• Experience managing performance and employee relations issues.
• Experience in a growing, global software development environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with problem‑solving capabilities.
