This growth involves evolving operational and organizational structures to support a broad and distributed workforce, including both corporate and hourly employees. 2. About the Opportunity:The People Business Partner, Labs serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Labs Engineering and Operations teams. The role is designed to deliver impactful people strategies that align with business objectives, influence organizational design, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. Success in this position is measured by the ability to enhance leadership partnerships, improve talent planning, and support organizational health and employee experience. 3. Responsibilities:Partner with senior executives to translate business goals into people strategies and organizational design.Co-lead strategic workforce planning, identifying future capability needs and succession plans.Drive talent development programs for a globally distributed and hybrid workforce.Provide counsel on employee relations, change management, and leadership effectiveness.Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide initiatives.Use people data to influence decisions and create action plans.Support merger and acquisition integration and change management.Promote inclusion, innovation, and resilience through coaching and leadership enablement. 4. Requirements:8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years supporting corporate functions as a business partner.Experience in global HR within multi-region organizations with distributed, predominantly hourly workforces.Proven ability to advise senior leaders and manage complexity at scale.Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.Inclusive leadership qualities with humility, courage, and emotional intelligence.Strong project management skills from ideation to execution.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR/Organizational Psychology certification preferred.Practical experience managing or scaling people operations for large, hourly workforces in fast-paced or logistics environments. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $136,000—$200,000 USD.Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants.Starting pay is determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. 6.
