About the role

We are seeking a proactive and client-centric People Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Ideal for an HR professional with 4-6 years of experience, this role requires a blend of HR fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support talent management activities, including employee development, performance management, and retention initiatives
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, resolving workplace issues and supporting employee relations
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
  • Contribute to succession planning and development opportunities for high-potential employees
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
  • Support change management and organizational transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent HR program delivery
  • Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • A solid understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance employee needs with business priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience interpreting people data and using insights to support decision-making
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK or US, with exposure to both environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience
  • Willingness to work remotely three days a week from our NYC office at One Soho Square

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools
