About the role
We are seeking a proactive and client-centric People Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Ideal for an HR professional with 4-6 years of experience, this role requires a blend of HR fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support talent management activities, including employee development, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, resolving workplace issues and supporting employee relations
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
- Contribute to succession planning and development opportunities for high-potential employees
- Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
- Support change management and organizational transformation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent HR program delivery
- Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
- A solid understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance employee needs with business priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience interpreting people data and using insights to support decision-making
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK or US, with exposure to both environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience
- Willingness to work remotely three days a week from our NYC office at One Soho Square
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools
