People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner (PBP), you’ll turn people, culture, and leadership into real business results by partnering with leaders to drive growth, transformation, and unlock potential. You’ll deliver scalable, efficient people solutions that help the organization adapt quickly to industry disruption.
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic business partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organization outcomes that drive growth and performance.
- Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning, organizational development, talent development, and leadership capability.
- Use people-data and insights to guide decisions and measure what matters, from engagement and performance to organizational health.
- Foster practical adaptation capabilities across leaders and teams.
- Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive change and impact through their teams.
- Ensure that our ways of working, policies, and practices enable performance, fairness, and compliance in line with our values and business goals.
- Help leaders connect culture to performance to keep us moving fast and growing strong.
Requirements
Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries, driving global projects and building scalable and efficient business-oriented solutions.
Good understanding in labor law and compliance.
Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with ability to build trust and stay composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
Experience in assessing risk and compliance and providing guidance to stakeholders.
Understanding the relation between industry disruption and business adaptation and being able to drive transformation.
Strong storytelling, negotiation, and communication with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Coaching and facilitating skills to develop our team members and managers.
Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation, and prioritization skills to support and manage effective projects.
Fluency in French and/or German is considered a merit.
Benefits
This is a full-time role in our Pittsburgh office with flexible hours. We offer flexibility in remote work but you are expected to work from our office the majority of the time. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel, which would be communicated weeks in advance.
