About The Role

At SonderMind, we believe that an exceptional employee experience fuels performance, belonging, and growth. You’ll manage and facilitate company programming, like but not limited to: Career Connect (performance reviews), calibrations, manager workshops, and engagement survey readouts/action planning. You’ll support business priorities with people strategies by diagnosing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and partnering with leaders to design and implement practical talent solutions that scale.

You’ll leverage your expertise to perform as a functional SME in one or more areas of the People function for SonderMind, being a critical leader in that space. You’ll use insights and data to anticipate people-related challenges, propose proactive solutions, and contribute to the People Team strategy and planning.
