People Business Partner

For our client, we are seeking a People Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with leaders to address key employee management issues such as relations and performance Coach managers on best practices and policy interpretations regarding human resources Support various strategic initiatives including workforce and succession planning Analyze workforce data to assess trends and make informed recommendations Guide leaders through organizational change and program implementations Act as a trusted advisor balancing employee and business needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field 5-8 years of progressive HR experience Experience as an HR Business Partner with a specialist function ownership, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Compensation Proven track record in owning and enhancing People programs or processes Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent matters Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience Benefits Flexible hybrid work options to support work/life balance Paid time for volunteer work with matching charitable donations Semi-annual employee surveys to gather feedback and shape company culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
