People Automation & AI Partner

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI-powered automations and agents for Recruiting and People operations
• Own and manage the architecture of Dust agents for team support
• Transform team-generated ideas into documented and adopted workflows
• Automate processes across the recruiting funnel, including scheduling and communications
• Collaborate with technical partners on ATS-driven automation workflows
• Identify and prototype automation opportunities in People processes
• Contribute to the knowledge base that supports AI functionality and processes

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AI workflows or automation in a business operations context
• Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI environments
• Experience translating manual processes into scalable workflows
• Comfortable building technical solutions in an operations environment
• Familiarity with ATS-driven workflows; Ashby experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record of driving tool adoption within organizations
• Educational background in analytics or data science is a plus

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
