You support all field and corporate functions by owning people-related technology and being responsible for efficient reporting processes. Technology Develop deep understanding of PS analytics technology investments, both back-end data flows and user experienceHeavy interaction with peers and stakeholders (internal and external to DaVita)Ability to prioritize multiple asks and understand which business problems are most important for us to help solve Data Management Responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple systemsContinuous oversight ensuring data processes (transformations, calculations, etc.) run as efficient as possible Reporting Create and maintain self-service reporting model across our platforms Help report owners scope out needs and develop solutions to meet these needsDrive towards automation and self-service Analytics Creativity to identify analytical tools suited to uncover new insights about our TeammatesAbility to build advanced analytical models to address pressing business issues Minimum Qualifications Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required. Bachelor’s DegreeExpert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint requiredStrong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling along with coding / modeling experienceKnowledge of Workday data / reporting and database administration Preferred Qualifications Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
