Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care and delivering meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and progressive exercise.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Oregon licensure).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement assessment.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but not required.
• Manual therapy and exercise progression skills.
• Able to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care.
