About the role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care and delivering meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and progressive exercise.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Oregon licensure).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement assessment.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but not required.
- Manual therapy and exercise progression skills.
- Able to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care.
