As a physical therapist with flexible hours treating patients in a one-on-one setting, you will:

• Consult and practice with other health professionals, especially the SetPT team
• Market to healthcare providers and professionals in the fitness industry

Responsibilities

What sets the role at Set apart? All sessions are conducted one-on-one for a full hour in a private treatment room. This allows therapists to effectively use their problem-solving skills to delve deep into the root causes of client issues, employing creative diagnostic and treatment methods that go beyond traditional approaches. The manageable caseload helps decrease burnout and increase overall job satisfaction—our therapists can vouch for this!

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in an outpatient setting
• An orthopedic skill set is preferred in addition to Women's health
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of New York
• The ability to manage different types of patients
• A drive to learn and grow through continuing education and collaboration with team members
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside a diagnosis and see a whole person
• A passion for the field and enjoyment in helping people make a difference

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice physical therapy in Georgia
• Strong capabilities in managing diverse client portfolios, developing tailored treatment plans, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication
• Creativity in problem-solving, a passion for physical therapy, and a commitment to patient health and wellness
