About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pelvic Health PT seeking continued growth potential, an early-career pelvic therapist seeking support and mentorship, or an outpatient PT looking to gain Herman & Wallace Level 1. Work alongside our current Pelvic PT with over 10 years of experience, 6 specifically in Pelvic Health.

For newer pelvic therapists, we cover the cost of Herman & Wallace Level 1 and provide hands-on mentorship. For experienced therapists, this is a chance to help shape and potentially lead a growing pelvic health department, including opening a new, larger location.

Our team is deeply committed to personal and professional growth, offering continuing education, onsite orthopedic residency, and fellowship opportunities. Pelvic PTs spend 40 minutes with each patient and see around 12 patients in a 10-hour shift, with two private rooms dedicated to pelvic patients. We offer four 10-hour shifts per week for a great work/life balance in Helena, MT.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others.
• Current Montana state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain one.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Pay

Salary range: $78,000 - $105,000 per year.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week.
