Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist - Millsboro Delaware

About the role

Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join their growing Millsboro Delaware team. This role offers up to $5,000 sign-on and up to $7,500 retention bonus for full-time candidates, along with 1:1 treatment sessions, direct access to leadership, and fully funded certifications.

Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 patient care - Participate in clinical mentorship - Contribute to in-house continuing education - Specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, sports rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, neurological rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and women's health

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy - Current license to practice in Delaware - Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, sports rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, neurological rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and women's health preferred

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

- Proficient in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques - Knowledge of aquatic therapy and sports rehabilitation methods - Experience with balance and vestibular therapy - Understanding of lymphedema treatment and neurological rehabilitation - Expertise in pelvic floor therapy and women's health
