Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM with CSSA/CLSA-level expertise.
- 5+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience.
- Strong experience with Pega customization, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch migrations.
- Experience designing and developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, class structures, data models, and guardrails.
- Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and high-concurrency applications.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Retail/Store application experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and provide architectural guidance for critical business applications.
