About the role
Sr. Pega Business Analyst – Remote – 12‑month contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements and translate them into Pega‑ready user stories
- Write clear and testable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technical leads to develop a solution
- Collaborate with developers to ensure functional alignment
- Document BRDs, FRDs, process maps, UI wire frames, and traceability matrices
- Create test plans, test cases/scenarios and execute them
- Support testing for functional, integration, and regression
- Support QA/UAT testing and documentation
- Log defects, track resolution, retest fixes and ensure closure
- Ensure guardrails compliance, performance standards, and best practices
Requirements
- Overall experience of 8‑10 years, with 2‑5 years of Pega experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Previous upgrade and PEGA cloud experience desired
