We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (mission/vision?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key content: Mission/Vision: "Our Mission is to empower people on their journey to recovery, helping them achieve their goals, rediscover meaning and purpose in life, and reconnect with themselves and their communities. Our Vision is to revolutionize healthcare by pioneering innovative solutions that go beyond behavioral health, empowering people to thrive in the communities where they live, work, and play." That's about the role? Could be "About the role" section. Responsibilities: The "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" includes Guest Care & Advocacy bullet points, Compliance & Risk Management bullet points, Cross Functional Collaboration bullet point, Additional Duties. We need to extract each bullet as list items. Let's list them: Guest Care & Advocacy: - Provides peer support to engage individuals in a recovery partnership and assists in identifying participant’s hopes and dreams and the solutions they are seeking. - Teaches recovery and life skills using recovery tools. - Models hope, personal responsibility and self-advocacy to demonstrate how recovery goals can be respectfully met and how a belief in self is maintained. - Assists in developing natural supports and community living. - Cultivates connectedness in the person’s life (self, others, the environment, and to meaning and purpose). Compliance & Risk Management: - Completes clinical documentation as required. - Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies and procedures as they presently exist and as they change or are modified. - Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies. Cross Functional Collaboration: - Coordinates with the individual’s clinical team and other supports to arrange services or resources to help the individual achieve their goals. Additional Duties: - Performs other related duties as assigned. We can combine into one list or separate sections? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could have one list for responsibilities. Could also separate by subheadings but not required. We'll just produce a single
with all responsibility items. Requirements: The "Job Requirements" section includes Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Addendum sections (state-specific). We need to preserve all substantive info. However we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specifics. We need to decide which sections to output: About the role (mission/vision), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we may not need all if content missing. Let's see: - About the role: we have mission/vision description. Good. - Responsibilities: we have duties. - Requirements: we have education/licenses, experience, etc. Could be "Requirements" section. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could treat "Education/Licenses" as Qualifications? The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Skills listed: "Basic computer skills. Ability to teach/train recovery information and recovery tools. Effective communication skills. Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements." That's skills. We also have Qualifications maybe not separate; but we could put education/licenses under Qualifications? However the instruction gave list of possible headings; we can choose which to use. We need to avoid duplication. Let's map: - About the role: mission/vision. - Responsibilities: duties. - Qualifications: education/licenses, experience? Actually "Experience: Lived experience requiring mental health and/or substance use services." That's a qualification. - Skills: list of skills. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. - Pay: salary/hourly wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour. - Schedule: shift details: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM. Also orientation and training details. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". We have specifics for each. Now we need to format. We'll output something like:

        About the role

        Pay

        Salary/Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

        Schedule

Shift Details: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM. New employee orientation is three full days and does require attendance for all days. Training is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday onsite and full days' attendance is required.

We should also include work location? The instruction says we can include minor metadata in short

or drop it. Work location is substantive? It's location: Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center; Raleigh, NC. Could be included in About the role or a separate paragraph. Since we have About the role already, we could add location there. But we must not repeat job title. Adding location is fine. We could add a short

under About the role: "Work Location: Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center; Raleigh, NC." But we need to preserve all substantive information. So include location. We could also include shift details already in Schedule. We should also include any other specifics like "Must be able to pass a seven-year background check." etc. Those are requirements but not covered in Qualifications/Skills. They are miscellaneous requirements. Should we include them under Requirements or Qualifications? Since we already have Qualifications (education/licenses, experience). We could add another section "Requirements" for those miscellaneous items. But we already used Qualifications for education/experience. The instruction allowed Qualifications heading. We could also add a "Requirements" heading for other requirements like background checks, driving, age, confidentiality, etc. However we must not create thin sections; but we have many specifics. We could combine all non-education/experience/skills into a "Requirements" section. Let's think: The posting has "Job Requirements" heading with subparts: Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Addendum sections. So we could have: - Qualifications: Education/Licenses, Experience (maybe) - Skills: Skills - Requirements: Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Addendum specifics. But we already used Qualifications for education/licenses and experience. That's okay. Now we need to include Driving Requirements, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Addendum (state-specific). Also note about "Must be able to pass education verification check." etc. We need to preserve all substantive info; we cannot drop any. Thus we need to include those details. Let's extract them: Driving Requirements: - If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy. - If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed. Miscellaneous Requirement(s): - Applicants must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement. - Travel required based on business need. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism. - We are a Second-Chance Employer - Must be able to pass a seven-year background check. - Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable). - Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states. - Must be able to pass education verification check. - Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position). - A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process. Physical Demands: - May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. - Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. - May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Work Environment: - May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. - May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. - Warmline over-the-phone Peer Support Specialist will work in a remotely and not be in an office or behavioral health facility.
