About the role

The ARC Peer Support Specialist is a core member of the ARC Treatment Team, responsible for supporting the coordination, engagement, and follow‑up of clinically indicated services for individuals and families who initiate services at the Crook County ARC. This role works closely with the ARC Lead and Care Coordinator to consult with clients and families, determine needs, educate about conditions and options, coordinate services, provide referrals, and conduct warm handoff
