Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services to our members in a community setting
- Facilitate recovery-based services by sharing your own past or present personal experiences
- Provide living skills training, personal assistance and peer and family support
- Help members with care coordination and assist them in accessing additional community supports
- Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements
Requirements

Qualifications
- Experience in peer support or related field preferred
- Ability to share personal experiences that can relate to others' struggles and recovery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for improving the quality of life for individuals seeking recovery
