Peer Specialist
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Coalition Mission (maybe About the role?), Position Summary (maybe About the role). Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions) -> Responsibilities. Education, Licensure and Certifications -> Qualifications? Could be Requirements. Experience -> maybe Requirements. Job Competencies -> Skills. Physical Demands and Working Conditions -> maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted unless we map to something else. Coalition Benefits -> Benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Also we should not repeat job title. Also we need to include minor metadata like "This position will be posted for a minimum of 5 days" maybe as a short p. Also "Coalition Mission" maybe part of About the role. We'll create sections: About the role (combining Coalition Mission, Philosophy of Service, Position Summary). Responsibilities (Duties/Responsibilities). Requirements (Education, Licensure and Certifications, Experience). Skills (Job Competencies). Benefits (Coalition Benefits). Possibly also Physical Demands and Working Conditions could be omitted or placed under Requirements? But not standard heading. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says we can use those headings; we can also use Qualifications if appropriate. But we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Education, Licensure and Certifications, Experience -> could be Qualifications. Job Competencies -> Skills. Could also have Requirements (maybe combine Education and Experience). But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. Let's map:
- About the role: Coalition Mission, Philosophy of Service, Position Summary.
- Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities.
- Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Experience.
- Skills: Job Competencies.
- Benefits: Coalition Benefits.
We should not include Pay or Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the text verbatim (or close) but we can format into
