The Peer Specialist will provide support and resources to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and counseling services to clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct outreach activities to promote mental health awareness
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
