Peer Recovery Specialist - Crisis Services
About the role
This position offers an opportunity to be part of a new programming and services in a unique and meaningful work environment. Work directly alongside clinical crisis staff in facility and community settings to provide in-the-moment representation of the consumer perspective to assist in de-escalation and crisis intervention by providing empathy, emotional support, encouragement, and education that can only come from personal lived experience.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and Peer Recovery Specialist Certification required; can be completed after hire
- Lived experience with SUD or lived experience with SMI or similar diagnosis or lived experience with an immediate family member with SMI or similar diagnosis
- Must include/attach an explanation of how your lived experience qualifies you for this role

Pay
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50
Schedule
Full-time, Non-Exempt, Thursday - Saturday, 8:30 am – 9:45 pm
