Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current South Carolina RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Qualifications
• Comprehensive understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
