About the role

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Night Club Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our patrons, staff, and premises during nighttime operations. In this dynamic role, you will maintain a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective conflict management, and adherence to security protocols. Your expertise in physical security measures, emergency response procedures, and customer service will help create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous surveillance using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols of the club premises to monitor activity and identify potential security threats.
• Manage access control systems to verify IDs, perform background checks on guests if necessary, and regulate entry to prevent unauthorized access.
• Respond swiftly to incidents by de-escalating conflicts through conflict management techniques and ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
• Execute emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols when required.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any disturbances, injuries, or security breaches for future reference and legal compliance.
• Perform physical security tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining a visible security presence throughout the venue.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in performing background checks on staff or vendors as part of compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles within nightlife venues, clubs, or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety standards.
• Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Experience with access control systems and performing background checks is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with a firm understanding of physical security practices to ensure a positive yet secure environment.
