We’re currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Pay

$28‑$32 per hour

Schedule

• Mount Pocono, PA: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm (G‑tube experience needed)
• Cresco, PA: Saturday & Sunday 7 am‑3 pm; Monday‑Friday overnight shifts available (large breed dog in the home)
• Tobyhanna, PA: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑8 pm & Saturday & Sunday 9 am‑6 pm
• Available nursing shifts: morning, evening or overnight; 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts; PRN, part‑time, or full‑time; no weekend or minimum requirements
