About the role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric speech-language pathology services to children from birth to age twenty-one.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to reinforce skills and exercises at home.
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads for focused, individualized care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state.
