Peds/PICU Nurse Residency: Jan 2027

About the role

Full-time night shift position focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages and acuity levels in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatrics setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Support the growth and confidence of new graduate RNs through specialized, unit-specific training

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred)
• Eligibility for RN license in MO or a compact state within 90 days
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Preferred PICU/PEDS RN experience
• A passion for working with children
