Peds Outpatient Occupational Therapist

About the role

Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform well in stress and emergency situations
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
• Perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
• Perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
• Communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients

Requirements

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred

Pay

The pay scale is $49.36 - $78.25 USD.
