About the role
Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with G-tube, trach, and ventilator dependence.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team, documenting nursing diagnoses.
- Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid LVN license.
- Over one year of relevant experience.
